One afternoon in a sunny classroom, a young girl sat at her desk finishing off a note. The fact that this note had little or nothing to do with Art Theory is irrelevant. The way in which she signed it, however, as 'short and sweet' would become a powerful characteristic in defining her as a talented creative in years to come.
Born on 16th March 1990, 'short and sweet' not only refers to her small stature but her great ability to provide fresh and single-minded ideas that are quick to hit home and delivered with a punch. A quality which finds her as a qualified Art Director with a Degree from AAA School of Advertising and a 2011 Loerie Finalist.
Out in the real world, she teams up with a fellow creative. Together they form a small studio, AbsoluteZero; a rather fitting name considering their knowledge and 'industry experience' or lack thereof. Regardless, armed with determination and a strong will to succeed, they gained a great wealth of knowledge in facing the challenges they were presented with.
After two years of managing my own company and getting well accustomed to the business side of the industry, I keenly accepted the challenge of seeking agency experience and mentorship in expanding my creative prowess as an Art director and Graphic Designer. It was then that I was warmly welcomed into the team of Mammoth Creative, a division of Brand Inc.
